OUR MISSION:

The Alta Pasa Fastpitch Community Academy is a free, structured softball training initiative designed to eliminate financial barriers and provide consistent, high-quality instruction to youth. Modeled after the Compton Youth Academy, this program offers nightly skill-based clinics, strength and conditioning, and college-led team practices in a safe, community-centered environment.

Our goal is to serve our youth through professional instruction, mentorship, and development pathways that prepare players for high school, collegiate, and life success. This initiative prioritizes access, equity, and long-term impact by reinvesting resources directly into coaching, facilities, and youth development.
